MPC Containment’s PetroGard™ series of products are the most durable and cost effective material for fuel containment in the industry.  Available by the roll or as the membrane of choice for fabricated solutions, PetroGard™ products are offered exclusively by MPC Containment.

The bacteria used in the anaerobic digestion of organic waste can exist only in an oxygen-free environment, and they work faster at elevated temperatures. MPC’s floating covers keep the bacteria’s temperature stable, and eliminate odor by containing the methane that the bacteria expel. The methane can then be burned off, used as power for the facility, or sold to utility companies for added profit. MPC designs, fabricates, and installs floating covers for farms, food processing plants, paper mills, and other facilities that produce organic waste worldwide.

Floating covers are recommended—and in many cases legislated—for use in drinking water reservoirs to protect the water from being contaminated by rainwater, dirt, bird droppings, dead animals, leaves, and acts of vandalism. Floating covers also protect drinking water from sunlight, preventing evaporation and the growth of algae and other unwanted organisms. MPC has designed, fabricated and installed floating reservoir covers in numerous locations in the United States. International applications include India, Israel, France and Kwajelain.

MPC offers tanks for a variety of commercial applications to temporarily store potable water, grey water, and black water.  Whether you are a contractor looking for temporary water storage at a job site or a homeowner storing water for your in-ground pool, each of our tanks are fabricated to meet your specifications and material needs.

MPC’s Tablet Tanks have an oval shape and vertical walls, which makes for a more efficient use of floor space.  Common uses for Tablet Tanks are for diesel fuel for generators, water tanks for remote cabins, and transport tanks for use in dump trucks.

These open top tanks are used for small water storage requirements and are made from Military grade materials.

MPC’s collapsible tank is unique because it features a patented design, optimized by finite element analysis, that includes rounded corners to redistribute shell stress uniformly throughout the tank. In other collapsible tanks, sharp corners create perpendicular stress in seams on the side walls and at the ends and corners of the tanks. The greater curvature of the MPC flexible tank corners, on the other hand, tend to create tangential stress which the corners withstand consistently. This greatly reduces the possibility of maintenance leaks and is far superior to competitive pillow tanks.
