We provide services for cutting sheet metal . Our company carries out sheet cutting on the German TRUMPF CNC punching press. Cutting on a CNC punching press in terms of quality and dimensional accuracy can surpass laser cutting of sheet material, moreover, the cutting line without burning (especially on sheets of heat-resistant steels). The protective film covering the stainless steel sheets does not burn and detaches more easily, in addition, clean edges are required for argon welding, without being burned. Sheet size - 1000 × 2000 mm, sheet processing up to 1250 × 2500 mm is possible.

Laser cutting is the most up-to-date and advanced technology of sheet metal cutting. There are almost no limits by geometric shape for designing of components, subject to "laser cutting", only imagination of a designer, limiting the degree of complexity of the contour of the product.

Waterjet cutting is a type of cutting where it is used the stream of water that contains an abrasive released at high speed under the high pressure. Waterjet cutting is one of the most universal technologies of cutting materials. It can be used to process materials such as carbon, stainless and other steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, stone, glass, different types of plastic, rubber, wood, composites and many other materials. A great thickness of preparation and high accuracy of cutting allows to receive the parts which are unattainable for other types of processing. Unlike laser and plasma cutting, with hydroabrasive one, the cut is not exposed to high temperatures. Among the advantages of water cutting it should be noted the lack of thermal deformation too.

We provide services for bending sheet metal up to 8 mm thick, the maximum bending length is 3200 mm on a CNC press brake. Sheet bending with the use of modern equipment opens up new possibilities in product formation. CNC sheet bending equipment allows you to quickly obtain a complex contour of a part with various bending angles with high dimensional accuracy and repeatability. It is possible to bend various sheet materials: structural steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, etc.
