Billing with eSight Course
The Billing course is aimed at ‘Billing Edition’ users of eSight. It focuses on the Tenant Billing module and the supporting functions that ensure quality and cost for accuracy. On completion of the course you will be able to perform data quality checks, prepare utility contract prices and create tenants to produce accurate bills.
It is recommended that anyone responsible for producing tenant bill charges from the system attend this course.
eSight Administration Course
The System Administration course provides essential system configuration knowledge to anyone administering eSight. The course covers the configuration of eSight from system settings and user levels to data imports and meter configurations. On completion of the course you will be able to set-up new users to define their access permissions, configure sites and meters to receive data and audit the system via the logs.
It is recommended that at least one person per installation attends this course.
