Spray2™ improves on its predecessor, the Spray glider, via enhanced performance (endurance, range, speed), simpler sensor servicing and integration, larger payload volume with improved connection options, and removable wings and tailfin for easy shipment and field operations.

The S2-BGC™ is the only commercially available version of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography’s (SIO) BGC SOLO-II float – ideal for the Biogeochemical (BGC) Argo program mission.
