MSS PureGas - Filtration System for Laser Applications
The MSS PureGas Filtration System is engineered to deliver exceptional protection for fiber laser cutting heads, integrating high purity laser assist gas filtration with oil vapor removal. The system is available in three configurations: Nitrogen-Oxygen Filtration Panel, Compressed Air Filtration Panel, and a combined Nitrogen-Oxygen Compressed Air Filtration Panel. It can operate at pressures up to 50 bar and handle gas flow rates reaching 152 cubic meters per hour. This system employs a triple-stage filtration mechanism capable of filtering particles as small as 0.01 micrometers, significantly reducing the risk of oil contamination.
