MSS prides itself for our superior Customer Service.  Every one of our technicians is experienced and knowledgeable about the hardware and software about our optical sorters and sensors. With our extensive inventory, our Service Department will provide you with replacement parts virtually overnight. Our Service Technicians will answer your questions, walk you through repairs, and educate you on our extensive O&M manuals. We are happy to schedule service visits as our goal is to do whatever we can to ensure your success.

Developing our own sensor hardware and  technology from the ground up is at the heart of what MSS stands for. Our highly educated physicists as well as electronics, optics and software engineers develop, design, build, test and implement advanced state-of-the-art optical sensing technology that includes digital signal processing, application-specific identification algorithms, intuitive and user-friendly interface software – we do it all.
