Our erosion control blanket machine type EMA contain all components from the fibre opening to the ready-to-ship packed erosion control blanket (straw blanket, coir blanket, excelsior blanket, polypropylene blanket, etc,). Erosion control blankets are a simple and inexpensive means in engineering biology of preventing erosion and establishing vegetation. They consist of biodegradable fibres (e.g. straw, coconut, excelsior, hemp) and one or two supporting net fabrics.

Coir fibre log machines are mainly used in hydraulic engineering. The coconut fibre logs / coir fibre logs are covered with a knotted net and serve to secure the natural retrogressive shoreline, provide protection against undermining and at the same time assume a filter function. Our coir fibre log machine type VFA contain all the components from the fibre opening to the ready-to-ship packed coir fibre log.

The cooler pad machine type ACP manufacture pads that are used in air conditioning. The cooling effect is achieved by evaporation. The fully automated systems stitch the non-woven fabric with a lower and upper net fabric to make a uniform cooler pad. Depending on the filter type, the ends of the mat can be completely closed using additional stitching.
