Shredders
MTB - Compact Shredders
The compact BDR shredders 945 / 1245+ and 1645+ are extremely robust and powerful despite their small size. They have been designed with the same care as our reinforced larger shredders, and are especially appropriate for more modest size work. They will efficiently reduce a large number of scraps down to sizes between 100 and 10mm, depending on the screen sized used.
MTB - Heavy Duty Shredders
The versatile shredder BDR 1600 U / 2400 U and 2400 R are characterized by their robustness and the very high operating torque obtained by means of a 5 ton, disengageable flywheel. Fed by a grapple or a conveyor, it allows a large number of products to be reduced down to sizes of between 100 and 10 mm, depending on the grid used. Specially treated alloy steel cutting blades, the edges of which can be rotated 4 times as well as wear parts with simple shapes, guarantee a very low operating cost. The blade adjustment and the grid mounting system, means that there is minimal downtime needed for maintenance.
MTB - Multipurpose Waste Shredder
The multi-purpose 2400 U – 2400 R shredders are characterised by their sturdiness and extraordinary operating torque obtained thanks to the 5 T disengageable flywheel. MTB - Rotary Shears
The CRX 1000 and 2000 Hybrid rotary shears & ripper are an shredders with two counter-rotating shafts. They may be delivered as a rotary shearer, with two cutting shafts, or delivered as a reaper, with two heavy shafts designed to break the products. Our rotary shears with their unique, innovative design have been designed by users for informed users. The cutting blades are easily interchangeable and for a very reasonable cost per metric ton. MTB innovates and guarantees the effectiveness of its shears.
Granulators
MTB - Reinforced Granulators
Due to its robustness and large cutting diameter, the BAT granulator has high cutting power. This gives it great versatility. The BAT is able to granulate a large quantity of products pre-shredded in our BDR machines, down to a size of 3 mm. This essential step allows different elements in the input material, to be released so as to obtain a homogeneous particle size which optimizes the sorting process. Specially treated alloy steel cutting blades, the edges of which can be rotated 4 times, as well as wear parts with simple shapes, guarantee a very low operating cost. The blade adjustment means that minimal downtime is needed for maintenance.
