Versatile and easy-to-use pellet press suitable for pelletizing fodder, fertilizers and small size products. Models with one or two motors, with annular die (inside diameter variable from 220 to 850 mm) and V-belt drive.

Easlily used, sturdy pellet press destined for the pelletization of fodder, fertilizers, and small size products. Used in the sector of the milling products manufacturers and available in the version with two motors, annular die (800 mm inside diameter) and reduction gear drive.

Guaranteeing reliable functionality and easy operation, this machine is suitable for pelletizing long-fibered fodder and large size products with large final dimensions and different shapes: - circular with diameter of 30-40-50 mm (pellet); - square 35x35 mm or 60x65 mm (wafer). It is used in the horse fodder sector (wafers) and in the solid waste field. Available in one or two-motor models with horizontally positioned annular die (inside diameter variable from 600 to 1000 mm) and reduction gear drive.

This machine makes it possible to deal with particular and diffiucult products and is especially suitable for the pelletization of long-fibered fodder and large size products. It is used in the sector of the milling products manufacturers and for waste in general.Available in one or two-motor models with flat die (outside diameter variable from 400 to 1700 mm) and reduction gear drive.

Crumbling unit with serrated rollers: constructed for the crushing of the most diversified products. Available in different sizes and dimensions, both simple (two rollers) and double (four rollers).

Sieves and sifters for sieving and grading the pellets in one, two or three sieve versions.

Cooler or drier with countercurrent, discharging of product by means of vibrating ejector, reduced overall dimensions.

Two-stage vertical cooler with cooling of product in countercurrent and continuous discharging by means of vibrating ejector.

Using top quality materials submitted to thorough controls, MTD manufactures spare parts for all the machines existing on the market today: Dies in normal and hardened stainless steel. Dies with polished holes (gun-drilling process) for an improved starting of the press and an ecellent quality of pellet. Hardened steel rollers, fluted, drilled or both. All parts constructed accordung to the various demads and needs of the client.
