MMEC performs consultancy services analysing the feasibility, availability and pro’s & con’s of alternative concepts of structured financing and/or project financing. MMEC develops the conceptual & basic design incl. CAPEX & OPEX targeting the bankability of projects. MMEC provides expert-advice in the structuring of the network of securities & contracts underlying the implementation of a successful project financing. MMEC interacts with all stakeholders (investors, banks, Export Credit Agencies, feedstock suppliers, product off-takers, …) with the objective of attaining Financial Close.
