Waste Management
Fixed Price Package
After spending 9 years and over £1,500,000 of investment into research and development in the Construction Waste Management industry, ICWM was able to introduce its Bespoke and innovative Fixed Price Waste Management service to the market place. By analysing over 700 Construction Projects and their Waste arising’s ICWM was able to deliver Fixed Price costings for individual projects using our bespoke pricing matrix, Trade Contractors are responsible for removing their wastes into wheeled bins or suitable waste vessels, provided at strategically placed dropping zones. ICWM would then be responsible for the wastes from this point onward. ICWM operatives would collect bins from central points in each building, removing them via Hoist / Forklift to ground floor level for segregation / collection, and then re-distributing the bins to the workface for further use.
Unit Costs
As well as total waste management solutions, ICWM provides unit cost waste supply to a vast array of companies and industries including Chelsea Football Club and Harlequins Rugby Club. Whether it is wheeled bins, skips or Rolonof containers, ICWM is able to service your project. Skips are available for a variety of segregated or mixed waste streams in 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16yd³. Rolonof containers are available in 20, 30 and 40yd³ sizes. Wheeled Bins come in varying sizes from 240 and 360 Litre 2 wheeled bins, to 660, 770, 1000 Litre and the dome lid 1100 Litre 4 wheeled bins. One of the deciding benefits of the Heil Big Bytes is their ability to remove skips as well as bins from site, using a tailor made lifting system. Our aim at Munnellys is to supply the project with the very best service that the Security Industry has to offer within Construction or Corporate. This will range from the everyday static / mobile guarding services, to the latest state of the art electronic systems used within the industry today. The security element of the logistics package is vital for on site operations and public and visitor perception of the project. Our security management team have many years experience within the Security Corporate & Housing Construction industry and have managed the contracted security operations for major corporations and organisations. At Munnellys we have a well established a training structure and have our very own in house trainer that involves training all Munnelly. Security Officers to SITO standard as well as implementing a training advancement program that all our officers can follow to gain maximum qualifications within the industry. The aim of our security package is to have a multi skilled highly efficient and presentable security team, who act as a front of house welcome to the project and a secure deterrent from any criminal threats.
Access Control
The best way to guarantee maximum site security is to install a proximity card system that is fully computerised and allows full access into all information held regarding 100% of the workforce on site. This facility allows us to monitor exactly who is on site at any one time and if required will print out a complete list including arrival and departure times. Our access control system is robust and can handle many of the known site conditions including first class engineering back-up support facility.
