Munters Folding Curtain provides a natural wall inlet for cross ventilation and ventilation driven by the vertical chimney effect. MFP is made of a light-grey semi-transparent, hardy, UV-resistant fabric. The light-grey color is specifically chosen to ensure optimal natural light penetration of the fabric. To prevent draft, the bottom of the curtain is fixated to the top of the wall. The top of the curtain is suspended in a corrosion-resistant wire system, which can be operated vertically either manually or automated. By each end of the curtain, there are wind traps that ensure little or no draft at both ends. Furthermore, vertical braces are installed between the top and bottom of the wall opening with horizontal intervals of a maximum of 2 m. The height interval within which the Folding Curtain is supplied is from 1 m up to 3 m.

The Munters Integrated Zeol System (IZS) is a complete volatile organic compound abatement system. This cost-effective system removes VOCs from high-volume industrial airstreams with low solvent concentrations 24/7. Fully assembled and factory tested, the IZS ensures high VOC destruction and removal efficiency. Components of the Integrated Zeol System include a Munters zeolite rotor concentrator, high-efficiency recuperative or regenerative thermal oxidizer, fans, controls and optional equipment. It is easy to install, operate and maintain. The IZS concentrates solvents from a large airstream to a low-volume airstream, then forwards it to a thermal oxidizer for onward processing to destroy and remove VOCs efficiently. The concentrated airstream flowing through the thermal oxidizer is 5-10% of the original process air volume, reducing fuel use and costs. The IZS is suitable for VOC abatement and air pollution control in applications such as automotive and aerospace finishing operations, chemical manufacturing, waste treatment facilities, and wherever VOC emissions reduction compliance is required.

The Munters Zeolite Basic Unit consists of a rotor cassette with seals, motor and casing to house the Munters Zeolite Rotor. Position the hydrophobic zeolite rotor into the basic unit for highly effective VOC abatement system that removes harmful vapors and solvents from the air while saving energy. The Basic Unit is suitable for applications such as manufacturing composites, semiconductors, flat panel displays. it is also ideal for coatings, automotive and aerospace paint finishing, and printing/packaging. It is available in seven sizes for various VOC loading and flow rates ranging from 5,000 to 90,000 cfm. Configure multiple rotors in parallel for larger exhaust volumes to achieve virtually any required flow rate.

The Ammonia Sensor enables continuous, long term ammonia measurement. The sensor works with the Platinum Pro/Touch, Rotem Pro/One, and Trio Controllers, delivering real time data via a constant 0 - 10V output signal.
