The Mustang Certiprobe flanged sample extractor is the initial access point for a sampling system. The Mustang Certiprobe flanged sample extractor can be used within a Liquefied Natural Gas or Cryogenic pipeline or vessel. The Certiprobe is available in a variety of lengths, materials and pressure ratings to accommodate a wide range of applications in flanged configurations. The Mustang Certiprobe flanged sample extractor design includes Nondestructive Examination (NDE) of Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) for all welds. Stress analysis is performed, using pipeline conditions, prior to pipeline installation.

The Mustang Modular Analyzer Distribution Panel supplies up to four different analyzers with low pressure gas samples from a single source.  This eliminates the need for multiple sample points and reduces the cost of required sampling devices.  The individual sample streams are independent of one another and eliminate the chance of active streams being effected by other streams coming on or off line. The MMADP is primarily used within the Natural Gas industry to supply up to four different analyzers with low pressure gas samples from a single source.

The Mustang Modular Sample Control Panel (MMSCP) uses Analytically Accurate technology to deliver a representative sample to an analyzer. The sample is controlled with a regulator and membrane filter to reduce pressure and remove entrained liquid and particulates. A continuous bypass ensures a sample is quickly supplied to the analyzer for optimal performance. The MMSCP is primarily used within the Natural Gas industry to supply a low pressure gas sample from a single source. The compact, modular design of the MMSCP facilitates easy maintenance and replacement of failed components. With a small footprint, the MMSCP allows easy retrofitting of existing analyzers in a plug and play format.

The Pony Heated Probe Enclosure is an integral patented component of the Mustang Sample Conditioning System (MSCS) designed to provide and maintain heat for the sample probe directly at the sample point. The Pony enclosure installs between 6” center-to-center threadolets as an integral component in an Analytically Accurate sample conditioning system. Pony enclosure models can be utilized with a remote Mustang P53 Sample Conditioning System as well as a stand-alone sampling system.

The Mustang Heated Regulator (MHR) prevents liquid condensation from Joule Thomson cooling in natural gas mixtures when pressure reduction is required. The process temperature is controlled using PID logic throughout the pressure reduction cycle with both pre- and post-regulation heat exchangers along a tortuous path. The final process pressure is set manually using an adjustable regulator control across a specified range. The MHR assembly provides safe and reliable temperature control and pressure reduction essential to ensuring the performance of gas analyzers.
