Heat Soak Test Furnaces
These forced convection chamber furnaces are available for maximum working temperatures of 260 °C or 450 °C. They are suitable for numerous processes such as pre-heating of moulds, ageing or drying. These forced convection chamber furnaces up to 450 °C are recommended for Heat Soak testing of Toughened Safety Glass (TSG). During a Heat Soak Test in accordance with EN 14179-1 the panes are exposed to a temperature of 290 °C for at least four hours in order to transform nickel sulfide inclusions and hence to prevent the pane from breaking spontaneously later. The documentation of the heat treatment process is strongly recommended. Program entry, visualization and the documentation of the process are achieved by means of the PLC-control in combination with the powerful Nabertherm Control Center (NCC), which registers and archives the temperatures at different measuring points on the pane.
Nabertherm - Ovens
With their maximum working temperature of up to300 °Cand forced air circulation, the ovens achieve a very good temperature uniformity. They can be used for various applications such as e.g. drying, sterilizing or warm storing. Short delivery times from stock are ensured for standard models.
Nabertherm - Forced Convection Chamber Furnaces
The very good temperature uniformity of these chamber furnace with air circulation provides for ideal process conditiones for annealing, curing, solution annealing, artificial ageing, preheating, or soft annealing and brazing. The forced convection chamber furnaces are equipped with a suitable annealing box for soft annealing of copper or tempering of titanium, and also for annealing of steel under non-flammable protective or reaction gases. The modular forced convection chamber furnace design allows for adaptation to specific process requirements with appropriate accessories.
Laboratory - Ovens and Forced Convection Furnaces up to 850 °C
Nabertherm - 260 °C Chamber Ovens
A wide range of accessories allow the chamber ovens to be modified to meet specific process requirements. The chamber ovens of the KTR range can be used for complex drying processes and heat treatment of charges to an application temperature of260 °C. The high-performance air circulation enables optimum temperature uniformity throughout the work space. A wide range of accessories allow the chamber ovens to be modified to meet specific process requirements.
Nabertherm - High-Temperature Ovens - Forced Convection Chamber Furnaces
These chamber furnaces with air circulation are characterized by their extremely high temperature uniformity. Hence, they are especially suitable for processes such as annealing, crystalizing, preheating, curing, but also for numerous processes in tool making. Due to the modular concept, the forced convection furnaces can be adjusted to the process requirements by adding suitable equipment.
Dental - Zirconia Sintering Furnaces
Nabertherm Zirconia - High-Temperature Bottom Loading Furnace
High-quality heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide offer very good protection against chemical interaction between charge and heating elements. Due to their maximum temperature of1650 °Cand their large furnace chamber, the high-temperature bottom loading furnaces are perfectly suited for sintering translucent zirconia. The motor-driven lifting table significantly simplifies the charging of the high-temperature furnace. The all-around heating of the cylindrical furnace chamber ensures a very even temperature uniformity.
