The new 6X radar combines the best of the previous VEGAPULS 60 series into one solution. Due to its application-oriented configuration and setup, VEGAPULS 6X offers a reliable and economical solution for all level applications. The small process fittings offer particular advantages for liquids in small tanks or tight mounting spaces. The very good signal focusing ensures the use in vessels with many installations such as stirrers and heating spirals. For bulk solids under most different process conditions, the device is ideal.

The VEGADIF 85 Differential Pressure Transmitter uses a metallic measuring cell as the sensor element. The process pressures are transmitted via the separating diaphragms and an oil filling to a resistance measuring bridge, using semiconductor technology. It is a universal differential transmitter for measurement of liquids, gases, and vapors. This instrument is currently installed on autonomous vessels. Common applications include differential pressure measurements of filters and pumps as well as level measurements in pressure vessels.

When the fork is covered by product, the frequency of the forks vibration changes. The VEGASWING 63 detects this change and triggers a switching command. In order to prevent overfilling of the ballast tanks, the pumps or blowers have to be switched off quickly. The VEGASWING 63 vibrating level switch is a wear- and maintenance-free sensor and is the ideal solution for adjustment-free level detection in the ballast tanks. The VEGASWING 63 can also be used where high or low level detection of liquids is required, including such applications as towers, sumps, tanks and pipes.

The Fluorescence Detection Technology provides highly accurate bilge oil detection and is resistant to false positives from rust, debris, and other solids that can affect competing light-scatter vdevices.
