VEGAPULS 6X is a universal sensor for continuous level measurement of liquids and bulk solids under all process conditions. The new 6X radar combines the best of the previous VEGAPULS 60 series into one solution. Due to its application-oriented configuration and setup, VEGAPULS 6X offers a reliable and economical solution for all level applications. The small process fittings offer particular advantages for liquids in small tanks or tight mounting spaces. The very good signal focusing ensures the use in vessels with many installations such as stirrers and heating spirals. For bulk solids under most different process conditions, the device is ideal.

The VEGAPULS 66 Stilling Well Radar with PTFE Tefl on Facing is well-suited for a wide variety of continuous level measurements in liquids where a stilling well is present. Typical applications are the measurement of liquids in storage tanks including vessels, reactors, or sumps.

The VEGAFLEX 81 Guided Wave Radar (TDR) is a microwave sensor used for continuous liquid level and interface measurement. This instrument is currently installed on the LCS, PC Classes of US Navy surface vessels, as well as several MSC and USCG ships with great success. The sensor delivers precise and reliable measured values even in applications with steam, buildup, foam generation, or condensation.

The VEGAFLEX 82N Guided Wave Radar (TDR) is a microwave sensor used for continuous liquid level and interface measurement. This specific US Navy configuration is currently installed on dozens of CG, DDG, LCS, LHA and LHD Class vessels with great success.

Process & Hydrostatic Pressure Tank Level Indicator for Level Measurement in Tanks & Open Vessels. The VEGABAR 86 is a submersible pressure transmitter for level measurement in tanks and open vessels. Specially optimized for measurement of water, oils, alkali, acids and other liquids; the submersible pressure transmitter VEGABAR 86 with ceramic measuring cell finds application in a wide range of applications. It features great flexibility and low maintenance levels due to the wear-free ceramic measuring cell. Using a secondary sensor, VEGABAR 86 can be adapted for electronic differential pressure measurement of: Level Pressurized, Level Difference, Flow, Density, Interface.

The VEGADIF 85 Differential Pressure Transmitter uses a metallic measuring cell as the sensor element. The process pressures are transmitted via the separating diaphragms and an oil filling to a resistance measuring bridge, using semiconductor technology. It is a universal differential transmitter for measurement of liquids, gases, and vapors. This instrument is currently installed on autonomous vessels. Common applications include differential pressure measurements of filters and pumps as well as level measurements in pressure vessels.

Vibrating Point Level Switch with Tube Extension for Tank Level Indication. Operating on a principle of Piezo vibration, the VEGASWING vibrates the fork at the end of the sensor. When the fork is covered by product, the frequency of the forks vibration changes. The VEGASWING 63 detects this change and triggers a switching command. In order to prevent overfilling of the ballast tanks, the pumps or blowers have to be switched off quickly. The VEGASWING 63 vibrating level switch is a wear- and maintenance-free sensor and is the ideal solution for adjustment-free level detection in the ballast tanks. The VEGASWING 63 can also be used where high or low level detection of liquids is required, including such applications as towers, sumps, tanks and pipes.

NAG Marine's TD-107s uses Fluorescence Detection Technology, which is less susceptible to interference from particulates, to measure the concentration of oil in water discharges by exciting oil molecules to emit light, distinguishing oil from other substances like rust or algae. It complies with the IMO Resolution MEPC.107(49) and has approvals from the US Coast Guard and DNV. The Fluorescence Detection Technology provides highly accurate bilge oil detection and is resistant to false positives from rust, debris, and other solids that can affect competing light-scatter vdevices.
