A rugged cable harness assembly at NAI may include any combination of copper, fiber optic, and power cables. Many NAI custom cable harnesses are large and complex in design and structure, and may utilize a combination of data (fiber optic and/or copper) and power cables. A cable harness assembly often incorporates a number of cable assemblies that fan out from the main harness, and may utilize different connectors to attach to equipment. Refer to the sample harnesses shown at right. NAI can also include terminal blocks in the harness construction.

NAI offers a line of new rugged STEADY LINK Series-C coaxial cable assemblies. These coax jumpers are designed for wireless applications on cell towers and microcells, to meet the surge in demand for additional radios and antennas required to service both 4G LTE and 5G networks. NAI RF50 coax jumpers are used to connect transmitters, receivers, antenna, and other equipment in the antenna feeder systems at the top of cell towers, in cellular base stations and in microcells – with simple plug and play installation. NAI’s RF50 cable assemblies are well suited for connections in low loss and VSWR signal transmission at high frequency applications.

NAI’s rugged STEADY LINK™ Series-S GPS & Sync Cable Assemblies have been designed to provide high precision FTSP performance for use with Nokia AirScale* wireless systems and cellular installations. Although they can be made to support many radio technologies, Series-S GPS & Sync Cable Assemblies are intended for the growing use of 5G to accommodate a variety of applications, from Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) to airports, commercial enterprises, airports, and even deep rural villages.
