Poly Classic A PP Melt Blown filter cartridge is made with 100% polypropylene material, the PP spun filter can work as RO pre-filter and provides superior flow rate and good protection for downstream membrane systems. Graded pore structure design can greatly increase its dirt holding capacity and improve its service life.In the manufacture of these filter cartridges, all polypropylene components meet USP, Class VI(121?/250°F) toxicity criteria. The depth filtration structure with thin outer and dense internal gradient has high removal efficiency, which can effectively remove suspended substances, particles, rust and other impurities in the liquid flow. Jumbo spun filter is also available.

Poly Pleat BR-PES filter cartridge is designed for liquid filtration process where bacteria needs to be removed, it is constructed with 100% FDA compliant PES membrane and PP hardware, easy wetting PES membrane reduces dynamic flush time, thermal welding process makes sure no adhesive is used, Poly Pleat PES filter cartridge is bioburden reduction grade, it can be used as pre-filter in wine, beer, soft drinks, pure water, and Biopharmaceutical applications.

FlatMem PES membrane filter is manufactured by hydrophilic polyethersulfone polymer, highly asymmetric structure retains large size contaminants at upstream and small organisms at downstream, providing high flow rate, large dirt holding capacity and long service life. Good hydrophilicity makes it easy wetting and short rinse time by pure water. The flat sheet PES membrane has broad chemical compatibility offering good resistance to high-temperature, acid and base. Low protein binding and extractables makes the PES membrane filter a good choice for Food&Beverage and pharmaceutical process.

FlatMem hydrophilic PVDF membrane filter is modified from hydrophobic PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride), manufactured by state-of-the-art process under 9001 quality management system, unsupported flat sheet PVDF membrane provides high flow rate and throughput, low protein binding and extractables. With uniform pore size distribution, FlatMem PVDF offers high retention performance which makes it a good choice for particles and microorganisms removal, large volume parenteral or ophthalmics manufacturing. Available pore sizes are 0.1μm, 0.22μm, 0.45μm, 0.65μm and 1.0μm. PVDF membrane roll is available with 270mm width.

FlatMem Hydrohopbic PTFE membrane filter is naturally hydrophobic which makes it suitable to be venting membrane, uniform pore size distribution contributes to high rejection rate to particles and bacteria as well as providing high flow rate. Teflon membrane filter has broad chemical compatibility offering good resistance to high-temperature, acid and base, it is available with steam and autoclave sterilization.
