Garri - Processing Machinery
Garri is a fermented and gelatinized dry coarse flour, very popular in West Africa and a staple food in Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, and Togo. Its ability to store well and its acceptance as a "convenience food" is responsible for its increasing popularity in the urban areas of West and Central Africa. It is often consumed as the main meal in the form of a dough or a thin porridge. Both are prepared in the household by mixing dry Garri with hot or cold water and cooking and are served with soup or stew. Garri is also eaten as a snack when mixed in cold water with sugar, and sometimes milk. It swells three to four times its volume when mixed with cold water.
Fufu - Machine
Fufu (variants of the name include foofoo, fufuo, foufou) is a staple food with deep roots in Ghana`s history and common in many countries of West Africa and the Caribbean. It is often made with cassava flour. Other flours, such as semolina, maize flour or mashed plantains may take the place of cassava flour. Fufu served alongside soup, usually, groundnut soup is a national dish of Ghana
Cassava Sieving Machine
Cassava - Centrifugal Sieve
The slurry is pumped directly to the center of the conical rotating screen basket. Under centrifugal force, the starch is flushed through the screen onto the back of the basket and leaves the centrifugal sieve while fiber/pulp sliding off the screen and leaves the sieve from the front outlet. Water spraying nozzles inside and outside of the basket ensure fiber/pulp washing and prevent screen blockage.
