NARO Water Solutions - Filtration
Filtration is a reliable solution for particles separation through medias utilized in pressure vessels.
Filtration often is integrated into complete water or wastewater treatment solutions, along with other processes, at pretreatment or post treatment stages.
NARO WATER SOLUTIONS offers wide range of multimedia filtration systems, with customized features:
Pressure vessels material of construction:
o GRP
o Carbon Steel (With epoxy coating and/or rubber lining)
o Stainless Steel
Media type:
The vessels utilize different type of medias to serve the best for application and characteristics of water or wastewater, such as:
o Gravel
o Sand
o Anthracite
o Activated Carbon
o Birm
NARO Water Solutions - UF (Ultra-Filtration)
NARO’s UF (Ultrafiltration) system is a reliable solution for particles separation through a semipermeable membrane. It mainly removes particles, suspended solids, pathogens larger than 0.01 micron and reduces turbidity.
The membrane has got pore size around 0.01 micron. Larger particles are being captured on membrane (as retentate), while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate (filtrate).
Treating water with high suspended solids, UF is often integrated into process solutions, utilizing primary (screening, flotation, filtration) and some secondary treatments.
Advantages:
o Maximum Efficiency of Filtration
o Small footprint
o Simplified assembly by plug & play installation
o Acceptable high TSS concentrated feed up to 100 mg/l
o No chemicals required (aside from cleaning)
o Constant product quality regardless of feed quality
NARO Water Solutions - RO (Reverse Osmosis)
NARO WATER SOLUTIONS’ Reverse Osmosis (RO) are custom designed and made for removing dissolves solids, ions and molecules. Using a semi-permeable membrane, it eradicates over 99% of contaminants from water.
NARO offers RO capacities range from 10 up to 50,000 cubic meters per day, with skid mounted, or containerized options. The systems are preassembled and pretested prior to dispatch from the factory, which minimizes site installation works, time and cost.
RO mainly works in conjunction with other purification processes such as Pretreatments (DAF, Filtration, Ultrafiltration) and Demineralization (Mixed Bed or Electro-deionization (EDI).
NARO’s complete process solutions include the design, engineering, fabrication, supervision of installation and commissioning.
Types:
o Brackish Water RO (TDS - 500 to 10,000 mg/l)
o High Brackish RO (TDS-10,000 to 25,000 mg/l)
o Sea Water RO (TDS - 25,000 to 50,000 mg/l)
o TSE RO
o Brine RO
NARO Water Solutions - Demineralization
NARO offers following demineralization processes:
Electro De-Ionization (EDI)
Conventional Demineralization
The conventional demineralization (Ion Exchangers) is conjunction of Cation Exchangers (Which exchange positively charged ions (cations)), and/or Anion Exchangers (which exchange negatively charged ions (anions)), and/or Mixed Bed, that are able to exchange both Cations and Anions simultaneously.
NARO WATER SOLUTIONS’ Demineralization systems are offered in skid mounted, or containerized options.
The complete process solution is being custom designed, engineered, prefabricated and pretested prior to dispatch from the factory, to ensure minimum site installation and commissioning works and time.
NARO Water Solutions - MBBR
NARO WATER SOLUTIONS offers wide range of municipal sewage treatment processes, from compact containerized packages (5 to 2,000 Cub. Meter Per Day) up to large city-scale solutions.
The offered process solutions are MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor); Extended Aeration; MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) and SBR (Submerged Bioreactor).
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR):
NARO’s MBBR is a highly effective biological treatment process based on a combination of conventional activated sludge process and biofilm media. The MBBR process utilizes floating media within the aeration and anoxic tanks.
MBBR is widely used in domestic sewage treatment applications, to achieve TSE quality for flushing into toilets, irrigation, or discharging into marine environment, with outlet quality result of BOD <10mg/l and TSS <10mg/l.
MBBR is also used as conjunction with other technologies, in complete process solutions for industrial effluent treatment.
NARO Water Solutions - MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor)
NARO WATER SOLUTIONS’ MBR is a combination of membrane filtration and activated sludge processes, via bioreactor membrane separation.
Membrane bio-reactor system greatly intensify the bioreactor function by membrane separation.
This innovative technology offers several advantages compared with the conventionally activated sludge process. Among these advantages are higher biomass concentration, eliminating the needs of secondary clarifiers and improved effluent quality with BOD <5 mg/l & TSS < 5 mg/l.
NARO’s compact MBR systems are offered in CSEP containerized process tanks (mobile solutions), which may treat up to 400 m³/day in a single 40-feet containerized module, or higher flows in various parallel streams.
Due to the standardized ISO container design, the plants can be easily transported, without extra shipping charges.
Prefabricated and pretested MBR packages minimize the site installation works and time.
NARO Water Solutions - Industrial Wastewater Treatment
NARO Water Solutions offers complete process solutions for existing and foreseen environmental challenges related to all kind of industrial wastewaters (effluents) treatments.
The treated industrial wastewater (effluent) can be reused in industrial process, or discharged to a sanitary sewer, or to a surface water, or to a marine environment.
Wastewaters generated from different industries have distinctive characteristics, that set it apart from common municipal wastewater.
The complete process solution is being designed, engineered and assembled, based on feed effluent characteristics, required outlet qualities and capacity.
Due to distinctive characteristics of effluent, the solutions may be conjunction of different processes, such as:
o Oil Treatment
o Aerobic / Biological Treatment
o Anaerobic Treatment
o Physical Separation
o Chemical Treatment
