NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP™), Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP™) and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP™) are the trusted sources for proper and consistent assessment condition coding of pipelines, laterals and manholes. The goal of these programs is to help pipeline system owners create comprehensive databases to properly identify, plan, prioritize, manage and renovate their assets based on condition evaluation.

NASSCO is the industry source for trenchless technology education, resources, and advocacy.  In addition to our certification programs and vast library of specification guidelines, industry publications and other educational tools, we offer supplemental education through industry webinars, technical videos, and online learning. Many of these supplemental opportunities qualify for CEU or PDH credits.
