Pinebind-1 is a specialized, customizable Crude Tall Oil emulsion produced from distilled tall oil. Derived from the processing of pulp and paper not associated with the use of chlorine-based chemical to bleach pulp for the production of white paper. It contains a minimum 40% solids, formulated with a cationic emulsifying agent specifically for use as a non-water soluble (once cured), non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally beneficial soils/materials stabilizer, erosion control and dust control agent.

Natural Granite Paving is innovative, aesthetically appealing, durable and cost-effective. Clients can expect to save 30%-40% over the cost of concrete or asphalt. Scientifically engineered Natural Granite Paving combines quarter-inch aggregate fines and pine-based emulsion organic formulation with remarkable properties. Our pine-based emulsion replaces toxic petroleum-based emulsions, providing an organic sealant that preserves strength and load-bearing qualities.

PurePave is a finished surface with load capacities approaching those of HMA (hot mix asphalt) and characteristics that make it highly appealing to clients. Some of the benefits of this innovative approach are lower installation and operational costs, dust-free, easy to maintain and reduced “Heat-Island” effect. PurePave combines recycled asphalt millings and proprietary binders to create a durable cold-in-place surface.

Site-Lok is a highly concentrated, proprietary organic emulsion developed to manage air quality and water resources both during and after projects in arid climates with high-tension soils. It will effectively and efficiently mitigate dust and materials migration and significantly reduce water usage and operational costs on any project by 75%. Site-Lok is manufactured using select raw products sourced in the USA. It is environmentally beneficial and may be applied over previously treated or untreated roadways with no impact to crops, native vegetation or wildlife. Additionally, it will and can be expected to prevent leaching or silt migration. Our standard, topical roadway treatment can be expected to last for durations of 7-180 days (variance dependent on traffic speeds and ongoing maintenance).

LIG-TAC is a concentrated, proprietary organic emulsion designed to mitigate dust by agglomeration of roadbed materials. LIG-TAC is manufactured using select tree resins sourced from within the USA pulp industry. It is non-corrosive and may be applied over previously Mag-Chloride or Calcium Chloride treatments to mitigate leaching and vegetation impact. Our standard, recommended roadway treatment can be expected to last for durations of 90-180 days (variance dependent on traffic speeds and ongoing maintenance). LIG-TAC may be blended into the roadbed during original installation or processed during routine maintenance practices. LIG-TAC was designed to treat poor roadbeds, reduce maintenance and mitigate dust.
