NANOMYTE SR-100EC is a transparent, micron-thick, liquid coating that provides both scratch resistance and easy-to-clean properties to surfaces. The surface treatment is mechanically robust, highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity for a non-stick surface. The three-part liquid coating is ideally suited for optical lenses, touch screen protectors, stainless steel appliances, hand rails, and faucets. SR-100EC can be applied by dipping, spraying, gravure, reverse gravure, roll or flow coating and is thermally cured. NANOMYTE SR-100EC is a 3-part coating, sold in ready-to-mix liter and gallon kit quantities.

NANOMYTE MEND 1000-UVP is a thermally-induced, self-healing coating with UV protective properties. When scratched or damaged, the 2-part coating’s self-healing function is activated upon application of a small amount of heat, such as from hot water or a hair dryer, to restore the surface back to its original appearance. MEND 1000-UVP is enhanced with NEI’s UV-Protect (UVP) technology, which blocks UV radiation and protects coated surfaces from the harmful effects of sun and weather exposure. The addition of UVP helps maintain the unique properties of the coating when subjected to long-term outdoor exposure, while preserving the underlying material’s strength, coating adhesion, and appearance.

NANOMYTE SuperAi-UVP is a nanocomposite coating with enhanced weatherability that imparts anti-icing and UV-protective properties to the underlying substrate. The transparent coating also provides a hard, dense and smooth finish. Surfaces treated with SuperAi-UVP are protected from the effects of UV radiation and exhibit reduced ice adhesion, thereby preventing ice buildup. The single component, ambient-cure coating can be applied to a variety of substrates, including plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics.

NANOMYTE TC-4001-UVP is a single component formulation with enhanced UV-protective properties designed to protect metals and other surfaces from degrading, preserving their structural integrity and appearance. The hard, dense, and smooth coating is a composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases, and is applied directly to the surface to form a dense barrier that prevents moisture penetration and corrosion. The addition of NEI’s UVP technology helps block UV radiation to protect surfaces from penetration of UV light, thereby preserving the material’s strength, coating adhesion, and appearance.
