What is Surface Aerator? Surface aerators push water from under the water`s surface up into the air, then the droplets fall back into the water, mixing in oxygen. The jets of water break the surface with varying degrees of force. There are many types of surface aeration devices, including floating aerators.

What is Static Mixer? Static Mixer function is simple, fluid flowing through a pipe is channeled through a geometric arrangement of mixing elements. The element geometry is such that the fluid flowing through the elements will divide, mix, divide again and mix again until complete mixing.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems are designed to remove suspended solids and Oil from water. Dissolved Air Flotation System also helps to remove oils, greases and suspended micro particles from a wastewater stream. Suspended Contaminants are removed through the use of micro air bubbles, produced by injecting air under pressure into a stream of clarified DAF effluent. This stream is then combined and mixed with incoming wastewater in an internal content chamber where the dissolved air floats out of solution in the form of micron-sized bubbles that attach to the contaminants. The bubbles and contaminants rise to the surface and form a floating bed of material that is removed by a surface skimmer and collected into an internal hopper for further handling.

What is C.P.I. Seperator? The corrugated plate pack in a CPI separator, used in Oily water treatment for removal of free oil. It consists number of parallel corrugated plates. What is Bar Screen? The Automatic Bar Screen is a mechanical equipment designed using high level of engineering skill to process running wastewater without any specific diversion or other chemical process. Automatic Mechanical Bar Screen is installed on the structure of canel / sream of wastewater i.e. discharged from processing plants, Automatic Mechanical Bar Screen collects solid / insoluble waste from waste water what does not pass through the spacing of the bar screen in continous operation and discharges collected waste into a insoluble waste bin.

Two or more rakes travel behind the screen bars located at the front side of the unit. Since every rake tooth moves between the screen bars, it can remove solid matters even though they lodge between the screen bars. In addition, the use of a small output motor enables to save the electricity. The bar screen is suitable for use in a waterway with varying water levels.

The NM-series is a rear screen type automatic bar screen designed for screening wastewater. It is fully constructed from 304 stainless steel. One or two rakes move on the screen bars that are located at the rear side of the unit. It has an innovative dry chain mechanism by which the chain or sprocket does not get contact with the liquid. In addition, the use of a small output motor enables to save the electricity. It is suitable for use in a waterway where there is little change in the liquid level.

The Coalescing Plate Interceptor employs a series of plate packs inclined at opposite angles in close proximity; the most effective technique for increasing setting area per unit volume. As a result, CPI Separators requires far less space than settling tanks. The units can be offered in fully certified pressure vessels, or atmospheric tanks. Process Technology Waste water enters the inlet nozzle into an enlarged coalescing section. This coalescing section is where heavier solids and sludge settle out of the waste water to the bottom of the vessel where it is discharged through the clean out nozzle. Waste water then flows through the perforated distribution baffle plate. After it is evenly dispersed, it flows down through the plate pack where oil rises to the top of the corrugations and coalesces with other oil droplets.
