Precipitator Control Systems
For more than 30 years Neundorfer has designed control systems for air pollution control equipment applications. Historically, the control systems offered were built around improving precipitator performance. This focus gradually broadened out to include control systems for flue gas conditioning systems, hopper evacuation systems on precipitators and baghouses, soot blowing systems, and sorbent injection systems. We have been able to adapt our existing systems to new applications, and design new systems, to meet customer challenges across the plant.
Rapping Systems & Components
Effective Rapping. Lower Baseline Emissions. As much as 30% of your baseline emissions is likely attributed to rapping. This is particulate that had already been collected and then was swept back into the gas stream when rapped. Optimizing rapping to mechanical area, load, resistivity, opacity, and other process variables can drastically reduce outlet emissions. Our rapping system solutions can include complete rapping system upgrades, rapper control upgrades, replacement parts, and upgraded rapping system components and rappers.

Precipitator Internal Components: One of Neundorfer’s core competencies has been around optimizing precipitator performance, including capabilities designing, fabricating and installing precipitator rebuilds. We have decades of knowledge and hands-on experience that enables us to provide practical, industry-leading aftermarket designs. A unique quality of our designs is that we do not offer cookie-cutter designs or approaches for every situation.

Purge Air Systems: New emission regulations are requiring that you maintain compliance during all operations, including start up and shut downs.
