NeuronSW - IoT Edge Device

The nEdge 4|21/22 AD is an IoT sound device launched in 2022 by NeuronSW. It integrates sensing, data processing, and networking layers into a single physical unit. The sensing layer connects to sound and other sensors via an ADC, while the data processing leverages complex machine learning algorithms. The network layer acts as an integrational element, ensuring seamless communication. This device records and processes audio along with other input data, which can then be uploaded to the NeuronSW nGuard platform via LAN. On-site integration can be accomplished using SFTP or MQTT. The nEdge's sensors are highly versatile, capable of monitoring both rotating and non-rotating equipment by attaching via glue, magnets, or screws. The sensors measure various parameters, including sound, vibration, temperature, and electric current. With ATEX and CE certification, the device is designed for safe operation in hazardous environments, providing reliable and precise monitoring solutions for diverse industrial applications.
