Neuson Hydrotec - Processing Technology
Neuson Hydrotec specializes in robust, state-of-the-art processing technology solutions designed for the recycling industry, particularly for steel and waste management sectors. Their innovative super-class crushing plants, such as the mobile ST01BB, provide unparalleled durability and flexibility. With hydraulic overload protection and the ability to handle slag containing up to 17% iron, these systems enhance production efficiency and lower the carbon footprint in steel production. The crushers can operate either stationary or on crawler tracks, optimizing productivity based on the slag's consistency. Complementing the crushers, the patented, track-mounted MRP40300 screening unit efficiently separates input materials into multiple grain sizes and magnetic properties. This system not only increases slag value but also ensures the clean separation of iron, contributing to higher productivity and profitability. Additionally, vibro chutes offer a durable alternative to conveyor belts, ensuring reliable material transportation. Neuson Hydrotec’s comprehensive solutions ensure efficiency, adaptability, and minimal downtime, making them a formidable partner in the recycling industry.
Neuson Hydrotec - Screening Technology
The patented, track-mounted MRP40300 unit enables screening of input material directly at the point of use. The screens work in 7 fractions, and can separate 4 grain sizes. 3 of the 4 grain sizes are equipped with magnetic separators. The FE lumps are cleanly separated from the residual slag. The recovered iron continues to be used in the steelmaking process, while the fractionated slag is recycled as a secondary raw material. In the heavy-duty version, the MRP can be used wherever robustness is a main criterion. The plant is able to process slag from steel production, recycle existing slag landfills, scrap, and metal recycling, and it can be used for hard rock and other demanding materials.
