The Neutra Chemical Safety System provides the highest-possible degree of protection in operation of its units. A special chemical surveillance system incorporating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis prevents contact with chemicals and monitors complete process chains in chemicals delivery, storage, dispensing and use. This ensures safety for both operating personnel and the environment.

Acid Finishing and Strengthening System for Speciality Glass
Depending on the composition of the chemicals used, Neutra‘s acid surface finishing units are suitable for cleaning, polishing or the hardening of glass, i.e. increasing its tensile strength. Small flaws and areas of unevenness can be smoothed out in this way, or the glass can be dereflected or provided an increase in light transmission. At the same time, surface tension can be reduced through transformation of tensile stress into compressive stress. An optical surface change can also be achieved in rounded objects, such as curved lenses or pipes. The concept behind Neutra‘s units also makes them suitable for use on items with large surfaces and in batch production.
Electroplating Technology
Neutra - Air Recovery System (ARS)
ARS System (Air Recovery System) The Air Recovery System returns treated elec-troplating process air to the production hall, thus keeping warmth in the building for considerable savings in heating costs. The main ARS component is compact enough to be mounted at the edge of the electroplating tanks.
Neutra - Water Recovery System (WRS)
Water consumption in the individual rinsing cascades of electroplating units can be significantly reduced with the help of a dialysis system. Existing installations can be retrofitted with the WRS system for interesting savings.
Neutra - Chemical Recovery System (CRS)
The Chemical Recovery System uses electro-dialysis technology to remove unwanted cations from galvanic and other process solutions. The CRS system works without cation or anion exchanger membranes, making use of a special plastic membrane instead.

Neutra - Acidic Waste Air Treatment System
The purpose of a waste air absorption unit is to remove contaminants from the fumes arising in surface finishing processes.
Neutra‘s absorption units comply with statutory threshold values for exhaust emissions, thus reducing air pollution while protecting the environment for the future. Its absorption systems are designed in collaboration with technical test institutes and research establishments and can be adapted to requirements for special applications.
