Online 2-Hour Hazard Communication Course

The purpose of this section is to ensure that the hazards of all chemicals produced or imported are classified, and that information concerning the classified hazards is transmitted to employers and employees. The requirements of this section are intended to be consistent with the provisions of the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), Revision 3. The transmittal of information is to be accomplished by means of comprehensive hazard communication programs, which are to include container labeling and other forms of warning, safety data sheets and employee training.

Online 4-Hour First Responder Awareness Course

This online instructional program is intended to help fulfill the training requirements for First Responder Awareness. Online 40-Hour Hazwoper Worker Course

This self-study program is intended for the exclusive use of "Qualified" individuals who can show by documentation or certification that their work experience and/or training has resulted in "at least 16 hours" of training equivalent to that training required in paragraphs (e)(1) through (e)(4) of 29 CFR 1910.120. Such training must include hands on PPE instruction utilizing Chemical Protective Clothing and any respirators or other equipment the student is expected to utilize as part of their job function.

Online 8-Hour Hazwoper Refresher Course

This On-line training program is intended for the exclusive use of "Qualified" individuals who can show by documentation or certification that their work experience and/or training has resulted in "at least 40 hours" of training equivalent to that training required in paragraphs (e)(3)(i) of 29 CFR 1910.120. Examples of "Qualified" individuals include: Prior experience in Occupational Safety and Health or hazardous waste operations or emergency response (40-Hr HAZWOPER Worker or 24-Hr ER Technician).
