New Naval`s ScorLite is a compact, free-floating oil recovery skimmer designed for medium to small oil recovery operations for light to heavy oil recovery in varying environments and scenarios. The modular oil recovery system can be quickly changed from brush, disc or drum oleophilic recovery banks depending on the viscosity of the target oil to be recovered. The oleophilic technology utilized by the recovery banks allows the system to achieve recovery rates of up to 98% oil with a free-water content of 2% or less. The free floating light-weight system is designed to be easily and rapidly assembled and deployed in emergency response operations. Designed with a shallow draft and for portability, the skimmer is effective in operations from inland to nearshore environments.

New Naval`s ScorVac 5L Portable Vacuum System is a powerful suction tool that recovers viscous liquids including hydrocarbons, oil emulsions, oiled mud and contaminated soil/s and with a capacity of over 30 m³/h. The vacuum is ideal for on-land operations including beach cleaning, pipeline spills and other operations where oil must be removed from a surface, especially in locations where access is limited for heavy machinery and equipment. A variety of nozzles allow the operator to select the right suction inlet for the speci?c operation at hand. The system employs a robust build intended for long-term use in demanding operations.

New Naval`s ScorSweep 30 is a complete oil recovery side collector skimmer package that is designed to temporarily turn a vessel into an oil slick processing system. Intended for small to medium scale offshore and nearshore operations, the package is equipped with a ScorTail 30, a self-floating, oleophilic belt-brush skimmer. The skimmer is connected to a sweep boom that creates a containment swath which corrals and guides oil during recovery operations to the collection point of the skimmer, located at the apex of the configuration towards the stern of the vessel. The sweep boom is held in place by a jib arm extending from the vessel. The skimmer is capable of stand-alone skimming.

Properly managing time is crucial at the onset of an incident, the A-Series oil boom is engineered to be easily controlled and held in place once deployed. High visibility PU or PVC coated Polyester fabric is manufactured with High Frequency Welding Technology creating an extremely durable, seamless oil boom able to withstand demanding marine conditions and hydrocarbons.

New Naval`s ScorReel Boom Storage is a highly efficient way to store, transport and rapidly deploy/recover oil boom. The reel is manufactured with highly durable Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) steel and a Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) spool. The reel can store up to 250 meters of Scorpion Oil Containment Boom of various types, with tailor-made reel options available. The reel is hydraulically driven and incorporates a brake system for increased safety. The reel allows boom operations to safely deploy and recover boom from a variety of scenarios including offshore, nearshore and inland operations.
