This product comprises of ZINCALUME-high tensile-corrugated bolted steel panels, outer shell made along with high tensile inside liner or membrane guarantees long term safe storage for the variety of liquid with zero leakage or contamination with no algae formation which reduces maintenance cost of the product. High tensile corrugated steel wall externally supported with ‘W’ type stiffeners and studs, sheared from black carbon steel, provide maximum strength to the storage tank and increase its load carrying capacity.

A Bolted tank is one of the atmospheric storage tanks that also plays an important role as an alternative to the Welded Tank. These tanks are made from factory-manufactured section staves that have been manufactured in a quality-controlled factory setting. Bolted steel tanks have been in use for more than fifty years. So, the design and construction of bolted tanks are already tried and proven. They provide a long-term, cost-effective solution for a wide variety of uses.

We do use premium quality food grade material as liner in these tanks to store the RO Water in order to maintain the mineral value of the water, refrain contamination and intact it’s purity. Main motto here is to “KEEP YOUR WATER HEALTHY” This tank is made from 100% food grade materials

PVC Food Grade Liner. Liners are prefabricated as one ‘bag’ or ‘bladder’ to fit inside the storage tank and to hold the liquid inside. Liners guarantee zero leakage of liquid and no direct contact between the stored liquid and the storage tank steel wall to restrict corrosion on steel wall and contamination of the liquid. Liners are fabricated from high tensile PVC, TPU or EPDM fabrics with food grade, anti-algae, anti-static and anti-cracking properties. It is tested for 2kg/cm2 for any leaks.
