Metal Screen Filters are used at the last stage to filter finer impurities from water before the water enters the irrigation system. A 120 micron stainless steel mesh is used to filter the impurities in the filters. "Y"type filters and manifolds to connect multiple units in a system also available. Available in 5 m3/hr(2" Inlet/ Outlet), 10 m3/hr (2" Inlet / Outlet), 20 m3/hr (2" Inlet / Outlet), 30 m3/hr (2 1/2" Inlet / Outlet) and 40 m3/hr (3" Inlet / Outlet), 50 m3/hr (3" Inlet / Outlet). These filters are fabricated in Mild Steel and powder coated using Pure Polyester powder for longer life after 7 tank phosphating process and shot blasting.Also Metal Disc Filters are available in above sizes.

Sand / Media filter water using layer of graded particles called the fitler media. Generally the media used consists of sand, gravel and/or similar materials. NewAge offers a complete range of manifolds, backflush systems and accessories for single or multiple in-line filter systems.

Hydro Cyclone Filters...also known as sand separators are used to separate heavy particles from the water. These filters are especially recommended for use where source water contains a lot of silt and similar impurities.

3/4th Venturi injector is a low cost equipment based on the Venturi effect for injecting fertilizer into the irrigation system. The Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe. The Venturi Injector is injection molded using chemical resistant plastics to ensure longer working life and enhanced performance. All necessary accessories and fittings to connect to an irrigation system are available.
