Accredited Calibration; Newage Testing Instruments is accredited in accordance with recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

Your Newage Service Engineer understands that a down system costs you and your company valuable time and money, that is why we offer a range of Repair Services including emergency repair for all Newage products. We also offer repair services for 3rd party hardness testing systems as well depending on parts availability from the manufacturer.

Newage Testing Instruments is accredited by A2LA under ISO 17025 for hardness testing calibration services and proficiency testing of hardness testing under ILAC G13 for proficiency testing of hardness testing. Should your Newage instrumentation ever require factory service, you can be assured that your instrument or system will be serviced thoroughly and efficiency.

Installation; Newage Testing Instruments are quoted with installation services provided by NTI Service Engineers. This will ensure that your new system will be set up, and properly commissioned to meet your ASTM standard for the intended application and have the appropriate paperwork to conform with your ISO Quality System.
