Falling Film Evaporator is an effective and functional industrial device widely utilized in the chemical process, paper and food industry in order to concentrate solutions, mainly temperature-sensitive components. It is a productive heat exchanger, which tends to treat the heat-sensitive products in a pleasant way. In this device, the liquid to be evaporated drizzles quickly due to the slender film inside the wall of a vertical tube.

Electrical Evaporator is used for very small amount of volume to evaporate waste water because water evaporation cost in electrical evaporator is too expensive.

In this system a thin layer of high TDS solution or Mother Liquor of waste water is spread on the Heating Surface of the ATFD Inner shell. In the jacket steam is applied for heating of the same liquid. Solid is coming bottom side having less than 5% moisture (depends on the product physical properties). It is used for continuous duty operations and useful for single salt and multi salt production. We manufacture in MS, SS 304 and SS 316 MOC and designed for steam and thermic fluid both as a heating media. Available range is 1m2 to 3o m2.
