Support Frame (Sub construction): The flexible prefabricated modular support frame for OTs interior wall panels has a modular construction with “clip-in” design . Such idea is carried out in accordance with technical building requirement, it is easy for integration of all installation elements. It is formed by galvanized steel, C-profile vertical support is bolt-anchored in the floor, reinforcement system for installation elements is taken per design, openings for installation elements(Hermetical doors, cabinets, X-ray viewer, Return air grills, Control panels, ect) are counted during plan and design phase.

Medical Storage Cabinets are put in the operation theatre room to create an organized and efficient workspace, manufactured in stainless steel 18/10 AISI304 with external finish per the modular operation theatre project, the whole cabinet is free of sharp edges and or sharp corners. The cabinet interior is for modular baskets or trays (ISO standard 400mmx600mm), also can be equipped 4 shelves at various heights.

Static pass box and dynamic pass box are available in Nine Sunplus Systems. The static pass boxes transfer materials between two clean room. Dynamic pass boxes are used to pass through materials from an uncontrolled environment to a controlled environment, it’s recommended to use when building a new cleanroom. The pass through box serves to ensure the full protection control of the product or personnel that move between the zones with the different cleanliness classes. This ensures the fulfilment of operation theatre requirements on infection control, reducing the doors open times. It is the perfect solution to pass materials and tools to the modular operating rooms. The pass through box is with two interlocked doors, it prevents the air penetration by the sequence door opening procedure. This ensures the safe and quick transfer of the materials, tools or samples, minimize the risk of contamination. There is a UV light for sterilization when doors close at both sides.

Vertical laminar air flow system is a key component for modular operating room, efficient disinfection and sterilization efficacy to meet the environmental requirements of various types of surgery. It provides vertical clean air to build a safe and comfortable environment for doctors, nurses and patients. It generates a sterile air blown into the critical protection area in a vertical laminar manner, the size of laminar airflow ceiling is based upon the space required for surgery type, the staff and devices and equipment needs. The frame is made in anodized aluminum, sides or bottom put class H14 air filters, DDP screen to ensure the laminar airflow. 26110 series laminar airflow ceiling (air filters fitted into the sides).

In our experience for modular OT, there is always no space enough for air handling units, and you know, it is a key for OT, that drives us to develop a special and compact air condition systems.
