Ballast system a ship-board Ozone generator takes ambient air and strips away the nitrogen, concentrating the oxygen content-which is then passed through a high voltage or high frequency electrical field to produce ozone. The ozone is then injected into the incoming ballast water to oxidize and neutralize any harmful aquatic species.A percentage of the aquatic species, especially any bacteria and viruses in the ballast water, are killed by direct contact with the ozone.The remainder are killed or neutralized when the ozone reacts with other chemicals that occur naturally in seawater, to form hypobromous acid, a highly effective disinfectant in its own right.

NK BMS, which considers the convenience of customers as a top priority, introduces innovative NK-O3 BlueBallast System. The optimized design of the NK-O3 BlueBallast System is provided as a small module with all the necessary wiring, piping and cables except for the ozone line to provide minimal on-board installation process and space requirements. FAT is implemented thoroughly and systematically under the same conditions as the actual operating environment, so that it can be completed in the shortest time from installation to commissioning with minimum trial and error. It can be easily stored and transported in modular form without special packing.

The NK-CL ballast system dissolves and injects chemicals to oxidize and neutralize harmful aquatic species in incoming ballast water. Chemical dissolution system, chemical neutralization system and control monitoring system. It is not limited to water quality and salt. NK BMS has key technologies such as chemical application, injection concentration maintenance and control technology, neutralization technology of residual oxide and appropriate chemical monitoring technology.

NK Low Pressure Tank is built as a steel pressure vessel in compliance with the classification society and K.F.I (Korea Fire Institute) requirement. Low Pressure tank is fully insulated with 150mm heavy inflammable polyurethane, and is covered with additional galvanized steel plate to prevent atmospheric exposure.

The storage vessels are mainly used for CNG charging stations, industrial factories & ships. It`s structure is that usually three vessels of 1,300 liters for content volume are combined into one module. In the case of large storage stations, several modules can be installed. The specifications for vessel design, manufacture, and inspection comply with the ASME standard of USA as well as the standard of Korea Gas Safety Corporation. The vessels are being manufactured and exported to countries all over the world.

Ton-tank (Y-ton) is designed to deliver Ultra High Purity and ordinary industrial gases to semiconductor factories or any of manufacturers who have demand of small quality of gases. NK is qualified to produce quality ton tanks in compliance with intrenational codes such as DOT3AA, DOT3AAX&SELO&KGS as per the customer`s demands.
