Our Knockdown Air Handlers are perfect for new, replacement, and retrofit applications facing space and access limitations as well as constraints on installation time and cost. Knockdown construction means the unit is specifically designed and manufactured to fit through your field opening and meet your weight constraints. The result — faster field installation of a high-quality, site-built air handler. In 30+ years of making custom air handlers, we’ve perfected the design of knockdown units based on feedback from our customers. The air handler brands of Nortek Air Solutions offer two options for knockdown air handlers.

The Clean-Trak modular flush-surface ceiling system is available in several versions, including modular top and bottom-load systems, gasketed and gel flush ceilings, with integrated lighting and fire protection.

The Flex-Trak^TM cleanroom ceiling is a high-performance walkable stick-built gasketed T grid system that, in its Hybrid version, has the ability to optionally be pre-assembled in modules. The anodized aluminum grid profiles feature side T-slot channels that allow for flexibility in layout configurations. They also feature top and bottom slots for grid suspension and below grid suspension. The nuts into all channels drop into place to enable hardware installation at any time.

We offer water replacement coils for cooling, heating, and general heat transfer applications with water or thermal fluids such as ethylene or propylene glycol.
