Water Services
Our role ranges beyond supplying and treating water. In this section you can find information on water pressure, responsibility for pipes and what to do if there is an interruption to your water supply. Approximately 786,000 domestic and commercial properties in Northern Ireland are connected to the public water supply and each day we supply some 625 million litres of high quality drinking water to customers.
Wastewater Services
Our wastewater services are provided for customers who are connected to the sewerage system and those who have a septic tank or other domestic treatment works. We aim to provide a reliable and efficient service for collecting, treating and disposing of wastewater, and to ensure that any problems that occur with the public sewerage system are dealt with efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
