Demolition
Northerntrack - Hydraulic Fixed Pulverizer (HFP)
HFP hydraulic pulverizers are ideal for high volume processing or low level demolition & dismantling duties. Most suited for secondary crushing and dismantling of low walls and floors due to its “wrist” type action the standard bolt-on mounting permits easy changes between different machines. A steel shear is incorporated in the rear of the jaws to assist in processing rebar encountered within the concrete. All of the models are equipped with a bolt-on replaceable tooth system. This eliminates the downtime of welding and enables easy on-site maintenance an increases attachment availability and uptime.
Northerntrack - Hydraulic Rotary Concrete Processor (HRP)
The hydraulic rotary processor is the perfect demolition partner, powerful, versatile & swift in operation. It was conceived as a multi-purpose crusher to fulfil both primary and secondary demolition functions. With its powerful jaws and large cylinder it copes easily with any given task. Full hydraulic rotation is standard and an innovative high-speed valve option affords the quickest of cycle times whilst in use.
Hydraulic Concrete Crackers (HCC)
The HCC concrete cracker is optimised for primary demolition and is highly suited to intricate high-rise deconstruction. With its compact frame and twin cylinder design it offers a superb power to weight ratio. A rebar shear in the pincer jaw throat slices through the toughest reinforcing wire and the high performance hydraulic 360 degree rotation allows precise positioning of the jaws for even the most intricate demolition tasks. HCC Series concrete crackers are available for machines from 2 to 150 tonnes operating weight.
Northerntrack - Multi-Kit Hydraulic Processor
The MK Series multi-kit processor is the premier demolition and dismantling tool for machines from 6 to 100 tonnes operating weight.
Recycling
Northerntrack - Crushing Bucket
The HCB crushing bucket is the latest evolution of crusher bucket design and technology. There are numerous applications possible, from demolition to construction works in general, the remediation of industrial and urban waste, to process materials from quarries, from the earthmoving sector to road works, from quarrying to mining, from environmental remediation to the crushing of rocks.
Northerntrack - Hydraulic Rotary Screening Bucket
For material selection clearing and screening nothing performs better than the HSB screening buckets. With its high capacity open-fronted drum design and simple hammer line fed operation the Rotary Bucket offers the ultimate in material screening and sorting. The HSB bucket comes equipped with an interchangeable mesh system around the drum inner circumference and replaceable sections in the conical rear area of the drum. A bolt on machine mounting bracket provides for maximum utilisation amongst various size machines. Seven models are offered to fit mini diggers from 3 tonnes through to 40 tonne excavators.
Handling
Northerntrack - Hydraulic Scrap Magnet
The HMG Series Hydraulic Magnets are designed and produced for steel handling and to aid in the cleaning/clearing of ferrous scrap within demolition sites and recycling yards.

Northerntrack - Mechanical Multi-Tyne Grapples
The SG Series grapple is by far the most versatile and widely used pieces of mechanical equipment found on UK sites today. Our grapples are designed for use directly in place of the machines own bucket and are powered solely by the bucket linkage, no additional hydraulics are required. A brace arm is fitted to the rear shell and then a mounting bracket is welded to the underside of the machine stick to permit the correct operation of the jaws open/closing.
