Nova West Solar has a full in-house Customer Care team that will plan out your installation and coordinate all team members, including inspections, design, and engineering teams. Our Customer Care team also plans all building and utility inspections, as well as securing all interconnection approvals with the utility provider. Our single point of contact management allows you to have a single individual to coordinate, manage, and service your account.
