The nRad line of slot die coaters are small-footprint, lower cost yet very high performance systems based upon nTact’s patented technology and engineered specifically for use in R&D and pre-production environments. The nRad’s simple yet flexible design provides accurate deposition of a wide range of materials for a variety of applications. The system is available in two sizes:

nTact designs and delivers fully integrated systems to fit a wide range of applications from lower volume R&D and pilot production lines to more complex system configurations for full production environments. These systems can include integration into manufacturing execution systems (MES) to manage work in process and monitor yields, as well as automation specified to maximize throughput and support high-volume manufacturing.
