Snap-Lock wall panels are designed to outlast traditional sheet and post techniques, while also providing substantial weight savings without compromising on strength. All of our unique Snap-Lock wall panels are manufactured from high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant 10-gauge extruded aluminum, making it the ideal choice for providing the core structure for custom designed truck bodies, trailers, and enclosures. As the panels snap together, they form thick and sturdy wall posts at 12″ on centre that require no mechanical or adhesive fasteners for a rivet-free exterior and smooth fastener-free finished surface.

Our doors are constructed from aluminum extrusions and are crafted to meet the exact specifications of each application, allowing for unlimited size, thickness, and insulation options. All of our aluminum doors come with high-quality automotive rubber seals to keep out moisture and dust. We also offer roll-up doors that are sized to order and are available in various materials, insulation levels, and with powered roll-up options.

All of our frames are custom engineered to meet each customer’s specific requirements from lightweight demands for the transportation industry to withstanding the heavy stress of the mining industry. While steel frames tend to be the most popular, we also offer aluminum frames. All of our steel frames come with a protective undercoating and urethane spray foam is available upon request.

Our unique Snap-Lock panel design is manufactured with integral posts, which are used as studs at every 12″ for optimal interior lining strength, as part of the wall system structure. Most of our custom-built units are commonly lined with plywood, painted aluminum, or seamless Kemlite FRP.

Our custom-built units are usually insulated with either SM rigid board insulation or urethane spray foam; however, we also have fibreglass and mineral wool options available. All of our insulation options allow for a range of different R values and sound attenuation levels and are available in a range of thicknesses from 1″ up upon request.
