Nukote - Robotic Ancillaries Unit
In addition to our robotics units, Nukote has designed mobile container or trailer spray rig packages to support large projects. These packages provide power, air, and offer full control of the spray equipment inside of the pipe.
Nukote - Orbital Robotics Unit
360 Ringtech Robotics are the most advanced equipment on the market to spray high performance polyureas and polyurethanes inside of pipe or culverts. With capabilities of 24”-108”, this system delivers uniform liners to pipe that are too small for manual application.
Nukote - Spincast Robotics Unit
Our Spincast Robotics were developed to apply our liner products in dimeters too small for our 360 Ringtech® Robotics unit, with a range of 8”-24”. In smaller pipes, there is simply not a lot of room for equipment. Because of this, Nukote worked hard to configure a package that is capable of applying fast gel time products with the physical properties required to perform per the specification. We can apply coating systems for corrosion protection, semi-structural liners, and structural liners for pressure pipe.
