The new series of small CLASSIC LIGHT brooms can be easily recognized by their blue mounts. Their various types of bristles - in different colours and different layouts – cater to a variety of sweeping needs. The small brooms in the CLASSIC LIGHT range are ideal for directing waste materials into a shovel or dustpan. The wide plastic base on the sweeper keeps leaves and paper in the shovel or dustpan, preventing them from escaping.

The new version of the CLEVER trolley has been designed to be used together with our QUICK BLOCK system to store and carry work tools. This facilitates the different tasks carried out during the day and allows users to store all the necessary tools (broom, small broom, shovel or dustpan) in a small but tidy space.

Brushes ideal for cleaning moulds for porcelain stoneware production. Respects proportions with a low tolerance and the option of static and dynamic balancing. For more effective cleaning and longer life, these brushes can be provided with our patented tuft layout (see detail “A” and “B”). Our Universal Cylindrical Brushes can be designed according to the client’s specifications for unlimited areas of use. For a better cleaning effect and longer life, these brushes can be provided with our patented tuft layout (see detail `A` and `B`). In detail “A” (classic tuft layout), the bristle ends are aligned over the whole circumference. In detail “B”, the bristle ends are on different levels, creating lateral movement which together with the (classic) rotating movement removes dirt more easily from surfaces with minimum resistance. It is perfectly balanced and has a 30mm Ø aluminium handle of 126 cm in length, which can be covered by an insulating sheath (see photo) for a firmer grip and to protect the hands from cold. Even without this sheath, the aluminium does not dirty hands or gloves.The shovel holds a lot, with an internal base width of 26cm, depth 27cm and height 13cm (at its peak). It is made from resistant material and the front band is made of stainless steel.For use with motor vehicles such as compactors, or more generally to save space, the handle can be 95cm long.

The correct way to reduce the angle between the handle and the sweeper is to place a foot on the grey rear part of the broom and lever the handle into position; similarly, to increase the angle, place a foot on the front part of the broom and adjust the handle. The clutch ensures a continuous and fluid movement, allowing the handle and sweeper to be positioned such that the bristles are always parallel to the ground.

Flexible “Y” and “U” shapes enable use on curved surfaces. Various types of filaments can be used, with a diameter equal to or less than 0.60 mm.

An alternative to cylindrical punched brushes to be used when the external diameter must be reduced, while maintaining a considerable length. The cylindrical brushes consist of tufts inserted on a cylindrical support of plastic, wood, metal / wood and aluminum / wood. Depending on the type of work that the brush has to face and the dimensional constraints, it may be necessary to strengthen the support with specific elements or patented techniques. This type of cylindrical brush can be created based on the customer’s design or the customer can adapt the project to a standard model already in production. The cylindrical roller brush is extremely performing in work and fast in assembly. The movement of the brush can be given directly to the support or to the reinforcement structure inserted in it. The reinforcement can be removable or fixed, protruding or re-entering. We are able to balance the brush to minimize vibrations as a function of rotation speed and total mass.
