Model CP - Piston Press

The CP Piston Press is a machine that dries and compacts screening plants material or industrial waste. The material that has to be compacted falls into the compactor directly from the screen hopper or from a conveyor belt, then a steel hydraulic piston pushes the material inside the convey pipe, compacting and draining it. The CP Piston Press is mostly a combination of technology and saving: indeed the combined stage of drainage and compaction reduces the screened material transportation and disposal costs up to 75%.

Model CSA - Screw Conveyor

The CSA Screw Conveyor without shaft is perfect for the transportation of any screened material: not only is it totally closed in order to avoid leaking and bad odors, but it can also have an up to 30° inclination. Composed of a shaft-less screw that rotates inside a tube-shaped “U” section trough with one or more feeding hoppers and one discharge chute, the CSA Screw Conveyor ensures excellent performances.No internal shaft: it is therefore possible to convey also particularly dense materials. The trough bottom is wear resistant: it has indeed an HDPE or steel covering. Besides the easily layout adaptable length, there is also the possibility to costumize the machine - it can either be by "pushing" or "pulling" - according to the plant arrangement.

Model CPS - Screw Compactor

The CPS Screw Compactor without shaft is the compactor that can halve the screened material. The machine can be inclined up to 30° and is composed of a drainage section, a “U” trough and a compaction module. The drainage section is usually located underneath, or right before the feeding hopper and the material is conveyed through the trough to the compaction module. A technologically perfect process that leads to real savings: to reduce the material volume means lower transportation and disposal costs.

Model FK - Screening Screw

The FK Screening Screw is a screening system for the separation of the coarse solids from the wastewater and it is available in two different varieties: with or without compactor. The FK Screening Screw, in its two versions, is the ideal machine when it is necessary to separate or compact the solids of municipal or various industrial wastewater. The efficiency of a working process depends inevitably on the efficiency of every single component, and in this machine every construction detail is designed to ensure the best: from loading basket made of a perforated metal sheet or of Johnson mesh, to the convey tubular section with variable lenght, from the feeding section with compactor to the engine.
