nVent RAYCHEM XPI polymer insulated (PI) series trace heating cables provide freeze protection and process temperature maintenance on long transfer lines, vessels and instrumentation lines. XPI: up to 260°C continuous and 300°C intermittent exposure. Can be used in both hazardous and safe environments.

nVent RAYCHEM AMC-1B is a line-sensing thermostat designed to control heat tracing systems in non-hazardous locations. It senses pipe or tank wall temperatures, used to control a single heat tracing circuit or switch multiple circuits with a contactor, it has an adjustable set point. Also used to indicate low temperature or high temperature alarm conditions.

nVent Raychem 465 controller is a c-UL-us listed controller designed to freeze protect the fire sprinkler and fire protection piping per UL515A. This controller, as a part of the c-UL-us listed Raychem electric heat tracing system, provides an energy efficient, low installation cost and faster response solution than alternate methods such as dry systems or glycol systems.
