Environmental Permits

Your proposed site activity may require an Environmental Permit, which is issued by The Environment Agency (EA) upon completion of a successful application and provided you can meet the rules of the permit. There are numerous types of permit available, so even if your activity is new, a `Bespoke` permit can be issued to cover your site.

Waste Transfer and Recycling Facilities.

In the early days of our consultancy, the majority of our work was dominated by the setting-up of waste transfer stations and recycling facilities. As the waste industry has evolved, so have our clients` demands, which has led to more and more projects involving expanding sectors such as `Energy from Waste` and `Anaerobic Digestion`. The key to our success in the waste transfer and recycling sector lies in providing sound advice and assistance with the diversion of waste away from landfill, and to help promote waste as a valuable resource in a growing market. This way, our clients` businesses not only benefit themselves, but the community and environment surrounding them.

Land / Topographical Surveying & CAD

We provide our clients with a full in-house land surveying and processing service, using the latest technology. We are usually able to visit your site at short notice if required, and can produce surveys tailored to clients` specific requirements. Air Emissions Modelling

We undertake Air Emissions Modelling in support of our client`s planning and permitting proposals. Our experienced in-house team produce high-quality dispersion modelling reports which address potential impacts at sensitive locations. The reports consist of easy-to-view contour profile maps which show the resulting ground level pollutant concentrations surrounding your site, based upon AERMOD model predictions.

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)

We currently undertake comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments for our clients in support of their planning applications. We have developed good relationships with Local Authorities across the country with whom we frequently liaise to determine the required scope of work. To date, we have successfully completed multiple EIAs and have subsequently built up an enviable reputation in this field.
