Water well screens are also known as wedge wire screens, well screens, wire wrapped well screens, v shaped water well screens.

Pipe based well screens consist of base pipe, all-welded wedge wire screen and supporting rod. The base pipe is perforated or slotted API casing pipe, the base pipe can be stainless steel or carbon steel API 5CT casing. The all-welded wedge wire screens are welded together with base pipe by supporting rod.

The whole pipe will be anticorrosion treated and form a protective covering. It can effectively improve the resistance to corrosion and abrasive resistance of the pipe, prolong the working life underground.

Gravel pre-packed wedge wire screens consists of two screens or multilayer screens and the stuffing between the screens. Perforated pipe inside and Johnson type screens/wedge wire screens outside.The base pipe can be made of casing pipes, seamless pipe or welded pipe.ID of Johnson type screen equals OD of the perforated pipe.

Wedge wire screens are manufactured by a v or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. The world advanced all-weld technology is used with each intersecting point of these wire fusion welded, which creates the robust construction and excellent mechanical performance. The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence the screen allows water(oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities, while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well. The slots can be changed according to different strata.

Bridge Slotted Well Screens is the perfect choice of water well screens because of its unique construction, excellent mechanical strength and water entering capability. The galvanized bridge slotted screens prolong the service life of water wells. Besides, bridge slotted screens have versatile end connection types and are easy to install.

Our slotted pipes use J55/K55/N80 casing and tubings of API standard, with High overall strength, not so easy to deformation. Slotted pipe are used for oil and gas wells. Steel casing pipes and tubing are applied to furnishing and installing cased tunnels, where they indicate to pass other utilities or obstructions without open excavation. Steel casing pipes and tube have smooth wall and a minimum yield strength of 35,000 psi. Corrosion-proofing water-based paint is applied on the outside pipe surface to protect against atmospheric corrosion during transportation and storage.

Multi-layer Sand Control Screens consist of perforated base pipe, middle leak off mesh, wire mesh or metal wool and outside stainless steel protective tube.  Perforated base pipe has designed hole. The hole on outside protective tube could be round or bridge slot or customized according to customers` requirements.

Taking the stainless steel wire tubular as the filter element of tube ladder can replace vintage pipes that perforated on the stainless steel pipe and then wrapped in polyester mesh sleeve. And this type of hub lateral is with big circulation area, water distribution uniformity, high mechanical strength, and other Mechanical properties have been greatly improved, like temperature resistance, pressure resistance, anti-aging, and corrosion resistance. They can be designed according to the size of the resin. The especially popular application of hub lateral is in the mechanical filter, it also be used in current regeneration of the ion exchanger into the acid, base unit.
