The silos manufactured by Sima are the result of long-dated experience in the field of plant engineering for the agroindustry. The cylinder :s made with corrugated sheet metal panels in structural steel FE S350GD Z350 and external reinforcement studs in composite material; industrial galvanizing Senazimir, with minimum guaranteed plating of 350/400 grams of zinc and bolting with Dacromet protection guarantee long life of materials, even in highly polluted areas.

The handling systems are located downstream of the production line, where the product is packaged in the primary packaging and the goods are palletised.  The handling systems are a crucial point for maximising the financial returns of milling plants because, if designed properly, providing the best possible solutions and obviously taking into account the financial issues at stake, it can considerably contribute to high productivity and decrease management costs. Ocrim, in order to provide a complete solution, from storage to management of the finished product, has taken over FBC of Medesano (Parma-Italy), a company specialised in handling systems, acquiring the process plant engineering activity as well as the production activity, in order to improve the benefits for the end customer, who is always obviously more sensitive to this crucial stage.

Cereals and final products conveying plays an important role for the plant efficiency and flexibility as well as the energy consumption. Ocrim, according to the customer`s needs, can supply many types of solutions for cereals, that can reach more than 1000 T/h in the case of grain conveying.

Constant and uniform feeding of granular and floury products as well as difficult flowing stocks. Custom designed to handle difficult stocks such as low-grade flours obtained from bran finishers or filters, screenings, animal meals and others. Product discharge from feeding hopper is assured by the oscillating motion of the semispherical baffle and anti-bridging bracket, vibrated by vibratory motors. Feeding discharge chute complete with adjustable slide gate and inspection windows for visual control of flow operation.

Compact machine for automatic sampling. Composed of 1 to 10 jars/samplers with independent management or centralized system.

It breaks up medium and fine semolina and plaques of the reduction passages, reducing energy consumption. The break up action, achieved by impact, increases productivity while improving yields and the degree of water absorption in the flour. The machine is characterised by a flat impeller with three sets of screwed pins to break up the plaques. The impeller is dynamically balanced and splined to the driving shaft. The machine can be mounted on the floor or suspended from the ceiling. A stainless steel version is available on request.
