Model Sight Glass - A Pressure-Resistant And Heat-Resistant Tempered Glass

A pressure-resistant and heat-resistant tempered glass for pressure vessel sight glass. We have a lineup of  aluminosilicate glass and borosilicate glass that conform to JIS B8286 (mean coefficient of linear expansion test, bending strength test, thermal shock test). *JIS B8286 is the standard for sight glass for pressure vessels. (JIS: Japanese Industrial Standards) Please check each country’s standards individually.



Model TCM - Low-Expansion Glass Ceramic

“TCM” is glass ceramic with low thermal expansion and excellent heat resistance characteristics. “TCM” was originally developed for high power projector lamps and is widely used for projector lamps for many years. “TCM” glass ceramic can be utilized for high heat resistance applications other than projectors. Coefficient of thermal expansion:-1~15×10-7/K. Glass transition temperature:650?. Thermal shock resistance temp. difference:450?. Thermal conductivity:1.53W/m·K

UV Reflector

Parabolic and elliptical reflectors for optimizing light from high-pressure and low-pressure mercury lamps. In addition to cold mirrors that selectively reflect only ultraviolet rays by multilayer deposition, aluminum mirrors are also available.  We provide high quality products by precision glass molding using high heat resistant borosilicate glass and aluminosilicate glass and by controlling optical multilayer coating in consideration of the angle of incidence of light. We design customized products according to your requirements, such as reflective wavelength and product size.

Model Lens -G-injection - 3D Shaped Glass

Integrally molded glass lens by the original press method “G-injection ®” that injects and molds molten glass. Double-sided and  multi-sided lenses can be manufactured without processing. It is also possible to realize complex 3D shaped lenses that cannot be manufactured by polishing. By increasing the degree of freedom in lens shape, multiple lens functions can be integrated into a single lens that creates freedom in application design such as miniaturization. This is ideal solution for a lens and light guide for ADB headlamps and a lens for high-power LEDs and laser light sources. Also it is recommended as a replacement from plastic lenses for solution of heat and outgas problems.
