The MVE-MICRO external electric vibrators are characterized by their small size and consist of an electric motor housed in a robust cast iron body designed by FMEA, with eccentric weights mounted on both ends of the shaft.

The range of VBT vibro-aerators is the result of years of research and development that have led to the creation of a unique and high-performance product. Thanks to the special Tramontana® membrane, the VBT concentrates the air flow towards the outlet of the cone, significantly speeding the disgharge of the material and, therefore, reducing the discharge times from silo trailers or tanks.

The OLI "S" series pneumatic rotational vibrators generate high frequency vibration thanks to a steel ball that rotates inside two housings made of hardened and ground steel.

The VHA range of pneumatic needles is designed to provide high operating frequency with high working efficiency under safe conditions. Ease-of-use and maintenance-free make the VHA the perfect solution for compacting concrete when electricity is not available.

The SPV-SPX series represents the range of VISAM industrial electric vibrators most widely used for vibrating machine applications. The SPV-SPX series are the result of an excellent combination of avant guarde design and experimentation technology, not to mention our 29 years plus of experience in the industrial vibration sector and main fields of application. All this has resulted in a series of electric vibrators with unique electro-mechanical features, which ensure the most reliable performance available today in the market thanks to the use of top quality materials such as ultra low loss sheet metal, and the most exclusive components, such as cylindrical roller bearings specifically designed for vibrating applications.

The AMV series of Mini Vibrators is designed and developed to guarantee centrifugal forces (up to 30 kg) required for short-term, intermittent applications on small hoppers and containers.

The series HFV-and HFC-VFV VFC include several models of vibrators for use at high frequencies (6000rpm), or variable frequencies. These vibrators find their natural application in the concrete industry and prefabrication where they contribute to obtain a final product of the desired compactness and robustness. Both high frequency models HFV and those variable frequency VFV are also mostly available with quick cradle (HFC and VFC). The series HFV-and HFC-VFV VFC are particularly suitable for use under the supervision of variable frequency drives and frequency converters.

EWO Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrators, which are directly connected with the mains supply at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, consist of a tractor unit called vibrator head, 10 metres of electric cable and of 5 metres internally reinforced operating hose. The high centrifugal force is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrator head. Vibrators are equipped with a key pad (IP 66 protection) in polyamide, complete with switch protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and wear.
